By downloading, installing, or using Astro Kitty (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of the App
Astro Kitty is a mobile game developed by Vincenzo.be SRL, operating under the brand name Paperclips Studio, a company registered in Belgium. The App is provided free of charge with optional in-app purchases and advertisements.
Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, code, and game design — is the property of Vincenzo.be SRL (Paperclips Studio) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a “Remove Ads” non-consumable in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment processing directly.
Purchases are final. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.
Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). Ad content is determined by the ad network and is not controlled by us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vincenzo.be SRL (Paperclips Studio) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
